How to Prepare for Class
-
Choose a class on the schedule at your studio of choice and reserve your spot online. See our Class Offerings for more details.
-
Drink plenty of water beforehand and bring along a water bottle to class to stay hydrated during and after class.
Eat lightly 90 minutes You don’t want to take class on an empty stomach, but you don’t want a huge meal either.
Wear appropriate clothing, and be prepared to SWEAT! We recommend sweat wicking and breathable workout apparel.
-
Our studios open 25 minutes before class, we recommend you arrive at least 15 minutes before class for your first visit. Check in at the front desk and let our team know it’s your first time and they’ll go over a few details before class begins.
It’s important to let your instructor know about any injuries or limitations. They will be able to offer modifications and guidance throughout the class.
-
We offer shower towel and yoga mat rental at the front desk for $2 each.
-
Listen to your body and go at your own pace. If you feel nauseous or lightheaded we recommend you sit down on your mat or lay down while staying in the room so an instructor can assist you if necessary.
-
